If you don’t pass first time, you can attend the same course again free of charge until you become certified*.
What the Certification Guarantee includes
It includes all courses across all study modes, including residential, Online Live and city centre training (terms and conditions apply).
All Firebrand courses include the exams you need to get your certification. If you're studying residentially, you'll sit your exam during the course at our official test centre. For Online Live and city centre courses, you'll receive a redeemable exam voucher to book your exam after training.

If you do not pass, have met all eligibility requirements and wish to retake the course, Firebrand will arrange this in accordance with the Certification Guarantee terms*. Our team will guide you through the next steps and help you prepare for your retake.
