Prerequisites

This course is perfect for professionals looking to step up. You’ll have around two years of IT administration experience and some exposure to security. You’ll benefit from:

● Familiarity with Windows OS and network infrastructure

● Basic understanding of routers, switches and firewalls

● A grasp of IP networking, the OSI Model and TCP/IP – including subnetting

● Some exposure to firewall configuration and wireless networks

Been through CompTIA A+ or Network+? You’re in a great place to succeed.

Exam info

The exam? Scheduled, and included in the cost. You’ll take the SY0-701 during your course – included in your package and scheduled while your knowledge is fresh. The chances you’ll need our Firebrand Certification Guarantee? Slim. But it’s there, ready for you to take a second shot if you don’t pass first time.

Passing score: 750, graded on a scale of 100 - 900
