Apply and evaluate the focus areas to a project in an Agile context
Fix and flex the six aspects of a project in an Agile context
Apply and tailor the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products to a project within an Agile context
Learn through the use of theory and practical exercises
Prepare for the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner Certificate in Agile Project Management exam

Prerequisites

Before taking this accelerated course, you'll need to have one of the following certifications:

PRINCE2 5th Edition (Foundation or Practitioner)
PRINCE2 6th Edition (Foundation or Practitioner)
PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
IPMA Levels A,B,C and D (Certified Projects Director)

Yes, we do provide courses suitable for beginners. However, Firebrand's accelerated courses aren't easy and it's essential that you are interested and actively pursuing a career in IT.
