Prerequisites

To complete the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you must hold a certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

You may be asked for this as part of your enrolment. It is recommended to complete the Green Belt certification first, as it provides a solid foundation and prepares you for the advanced concepts covered in the Black Belt course.

At the end of this course, you will sit the PEEC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Exam.

Passing Mark: 70%

You will receive a PEEC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate upon successfully passing the exam.
